Adding a color model

Initially, the level will not have a color model associated with it, so you will have to add at least one color model to the level.

To add a color model to the level:

  1. Choose Models > Add Model from the Level browser window.
  1. Locate the color model you want to open from the dialog box displayed.
  1. Click on OK.
The InkPaint windows are updated with the details of the color model.
  1. Click on the Frame drop-down menu in the Reference window and select the name of the color model you added to the level.
The color model is displayed in the Reference window.
The InkPaint windows appear as follows:

If the level you are working on contains more than one character, you will need to open a model for each of the characters in the level. This is because each model has its own unique palette which is used to paint its regions. To add another model to the level, repeat the above procedure.
